Dinosaur Eggs

I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought it sounded like it would be up Will's alley. He loves to help me bake, which is the first step of this. The second part involves a hammer and smashing the eggs. We mixed flour, water, and food coloring and then dipped cotton balls in the mixture. They baked a while, then after they were done they cracked like egg shells. I wouldn't say they were 100% successful... They kind of stunk like something burned and they didn't crack that great. However Will loved it and has asked to do it again several times. I guess in the eyes if a three year old we had success!
