Friends

I can do one blog pretty easily since all photos are on my phone (it's when pics are on other cameras that blogging gets time consuming). We have had a wonderful summer filled with lots of friends and play dates. Here are some highlights:

My hairdresser and friends Shasta have talked for 4 years about our hopes for little girls someday and LOOK! We both got one and delivered on the same week, too! Miss Elliette and Kylie:

We get to see Owen and Avery quite often and one night while the boys were running amuck the girls hit the pool!

When I taught in Marionville, MO I made three of the best friends a girl could ask for. Aimee, Michaela, and Bethany and I were inseparable for the two years we all taught together. Jobs and houses have changed and we've added 8 kids, but I am so thankful that our friendships remain. We have seen each other through some major life changes and I love them all dearly. I went to visit with the kids in July. Bethany was unable to make it but the other two as well and our 6 kids had so much fun catching up.

I was able to see Bethany this summer, though when she drove down here with her family so I could take some photos of them all! Yay! Photos and friends!

Meet Taylor. I'm sure she will show up on the blog a lot in the future. She belongs to our neighbors behind us and she and Elliette are bound to be friends! We spent an evening recently with her and her parents going downtown for ice cream.

It has been far too long since we've seen Faith and her family. We just love the Penningtons! Will and Faith are a perfect balance for each other. He is energetic. She is calm. They are both observant. They both love their siblings. They played together SO nicely and it melted Sarah and my hearts to watch them.

They both conquered the monkey bars by themselves that night!

I believe this was Popsicle #4 with Faith and Payton...

Last weekend I was with my Spring Hill friends for Kayla's 4th birthday. Audrie,
Annie, Brett, Will and Kayla (and some random child) are waiting their turn for the piƱata:

I could go on forever about the wonderful friends we have and the joy they bring to our lives. We have so many amazing people that are not pictured here, too. Love love LOVE to you all.
