Pretty cool town

One of our most unique town events happened in November... Toyland! This is where all of the Wal Mart vendors show off their new toys for the holiday session. Several blocks of downtown are closed and look like this: tent after tent of TOYS! 

It's fun to just walk around and play. Fortunately the weather this year was pretty great and we could enjoy the event. 

Will has inherited my childhood phobia of life-sized characters. While he was excited that the Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles were there, he was sure to keep a safe distance. He did want me to take a picture of them, however. Obviously- not our kids. 

We also have this great little indoor play place. It's got everything kids could want to play with from dress up clothes and climbers to a bouncy house and pretend grocery store. You just show up and PLAY. They clean up. It's glorious. I met Shannon, Rachel, and Melanie there last week and we let the kids go nuts. We were even able to get in some chat time which was great. 

This is such a family-friendly place to live. We feel fortunate everyday to be a part of this community! (Love this great graphic Bentonville shirt)
