YeHaw!

Today was...awesome. We had such a fun day! First of all, we were invited to help celebrate my friend Emily's birthday at her in-laws house. They have a small acerage in town and their property is just beautiful. We had a lovely, DELICIOUS brunch followed by an amazing strawberry cake. Will and Owen played on all of the awesome toys and were very cute together.

The big fun of the day, however came after lunch, we went outside to see the horses! Will was in total awe. He "neighed" and blew his lips and did a "giddyup" motion in our arms and giggled away.




Owen gets to see the horses often so was totally comfortable around them.




After that, Mr. Doug (John's dad) put on the kiddie saddle and let the kids ride around! Will did great. He sat right up there and used his "gentle hands" to nicely pet the horse. He wasn't afraid at all and sat nice and calm the whole time.






It was so fun to see our little guy do something so...big boy! He totally understood what was going on and had such great behavior. It was exciting to witness such a monumental day! Yehaw!
