Fall

Dave loves fall. If you love fall I think you LOVE fall. People love the cool weather, football games and tailgates, pumpkin spice lattes, jeans and hoodies. Fall for us brings a season of business. We have several family birthdays, the occasional Razorback game, parent teacher conferences, and fall photo shoots. I love having stuff to do, but it can be exhausting to just look at the calendar. All I really want to do it have time with these two amazing people. I want to play without looking at the clock. Without thinking about what I need to fold or wash or pack before morning. I want to picnic, push them on swings, and cuddle and read books. Will is in the early stages of reading. I want to practice with him and not be stressed out from cleaning glue off the tables when my last period class didn't wipe them down. Again. I want to watch Elliette crawl towards me grinning and memorize the look on her face becasue I know in another week she won't look like she does right now. I want to not be tired. Life moves too fast. Fall is upon us again. While life will fly at lightning speed for the next 3 months I must MUST remember to slow down and enjoy this season.
