Will LOVES being outside so we're in the backyard most evenings. There is a small airport right by us so airplanes fly over us all the time. When he hears the engines he shoots his arm up and points at the sky super fast. It's so cute. The other night when we were outside we could hear a different kind of engine. All of a sudden this came into view:
Will begs us to blow bubbles when we're outside, too. For the most part we don't mind blowing them, but after a minute or two he wants to grab the bubble wand and he gets so sticky. So maybe this new bubble machine will solve the problem. It's pretty cool.
Will is also getting into lots of drawers and cabinets. It's so funny what he chooses to play with; pan lids, my toothbrush, margarita mix... Yep, he loves to get out the jug of margarita mix. Thankfully it's plastic (and non alcoholic) but lets face it; this is something you just don't expect to see from your baby!
Yes, in that last picture you can see that he is starting to get a real head of hair. Slowly but surely it's filling in. It is long on top and in the back, but just not growing in the front part by his face. Here is what his hair looked like this morning when he woke up!
We enjoyed our blow up pool so much last year, but we had to drain and clean it one or two times a week which was a complete pain. So this year Dave decided we needed an upgrade and we got this bigger pool with a pump so we don't have to clean it! I've been trying to figure out the pool chemicals but my only C in high school was in chemistry so it's taking me a while. (Thanks for the help, Aimee!) Anyway, we love the new pool and how big it is.
We leave next week for Florida so I'm glad Will is enjoying the sun & water because he will be getting tons of it in just 7 more days!

Hey, we have that bubble machine! It's awesome! Also, we have that picture of Ave at Will's age holding a giant beer, hahahaha! Too cute, and hilarious.
Oh, and no, no typo, Blake is indeed 23. :)
