Father's Day

I really can't say enough about Dave being a great father. He has so many fun ideas to play with Will and has an energy that I just can't quite keep up with. I'm so glad my energetic boys have each other! They love to water the plants outside, wrestle and jump on the bed, and run through the park.

We went to another park this morning and waded around in the creek there. We saw many more wildlife forms including these ducks...

This caterpillar...

And these frogs. Isn't this so cool?

My husband is quite the accomplished rock-skipper. Seriously- he is very impressive!
Will always cheers and claps "yay Daddy!"

I'm sure that will be something else Dave can teach Will.

We went to Dave's parent's house on Friday night for dinner. Will and Poppy and I took a long ride around in the golf cart. I didn't know my child was capable of sitting so still for so long- he LOVES to ride around!

The animal adventures continued- this squirrel came up to us looking for us to hand him a little snack! Apparently he and his friends have been known to take food out of the carts while the golfers are hitting their balls!

We stopped to, well, you know...

We also spotted some fish.

Will made Poppy a sweet little Father's Day gift (which I will share in another post later this week).

It's so hard to not see my parents on Mothers and Fathers day but I'm pretty sure they know they're loved and missed. In fact, according to my dad's Facebook I'm positive :)

To all 3 of these wonderful fathers- I love you and appreciate all that you do for your children!

I'll close with two of my favorite Daddy/Son photos ever. Love.

Love it! We were at the river and saw a mama duck and NINE baby ducks. . . and a BIG snake swimming not far enough away. :) Looks like you had a great day!
