Funny Pancakes

I am enjoying my summer break SO very much. While we still have to pay for our daycare to hold Will's spot, I have chosen to keep him home most days. He has been super fun to be around. Yesterday at breakfast I had an idea that I knew Will would love- funny pancakes. My dad used to make these for my brother and I practically every weekend when we were kids. It seems like that would last half the morning. We would request some things, he would surprise us, and of course we loved showing off our cool dad when our friends spent the night.

Se I set to work (and am feeling a bit vulnerable showing off my art skills) but here's what I came up with:

I had a happy little boy who giggled at every new pancake. What a fun tradition to carry on with my own kids.
